APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
DELTA IN THE MUSKEGO INDUSTRIAL PARK 8W188 58393 MERCURY DRIVE
AMENDED
WHEREAS, An amended building, Site and operation plan for
w188 58393 Mercury Drive was submitted by Tom Murphy of the
Delta Group on May 7, 1992, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on March 6, 1990 adopted a
building, site and operation plan through Resolution #P.C.
addition be asphalted within one year and amended that building,
44-90, with the condition that the area up to the future
site and operation plan through Resolution #P.C. 102-92 stating
eight conditions of approval, and
WHEREAS, The Delta Group wishes to amend the building, site
and operation plan by adding two additional buildings (control
rooms) and this amendment requires Plan Commission approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval in no way
