MIDDLE SCHOOL AND MILL VALLEY SCHOOL BY MSI GENERAL
WHEREAS, MSI General, Inc. have submitted a grading plan, floor
plan, and elevation plan for approval to allow construction of
Valley School, and
classroom additions for the Bay Lane Middle School and the Mill
WHEREAS, Access to the property will be provided from Bay
Lane and Hillendale Drive, and
WHEREAS, Landscaping will be restored in any disturbed
areas, and
WHEREAS, The construction of the exterior of the building
will be as shown on the building elevations.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the grading plan, floor plan,
and elevation plan be approved to allow construction of
Valley School.
