PCR1992110APPROVAL OF A SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE AT SBO W17299 RESOLUTION #P.C. 110-92 HAVEN DRIVE FOR MR. AND MRS. KEN KUSCH on May 6, 1992, to construct a 10' x 14' second garage structure WHEREAS, A survey and construction information was submitted at SBO W17299 Haven Drive for Mr. and Mrs. Ken Kusch, and WHEREAS, The location of the second garage will meet the setbacks of the zoning districts and the architectural appearance has been approved by the subdivision architectural control committee and would be compatible with the applicant's residence and the surrounding area, and WHEREAS, The second garage structure is intended to be used garden tools and supplies, bicycles and miscelaneous household for the storage of a riding lawn mower, push mower, snowblower, material, and the Plan Commission has authority to approve the type and size of second garage structures. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the 10' x 14' second garage structure at S80 W17299 Haven Drive for Mr. and Mrs. Ken Kusch. to be obtained from the Building Inspection Department before construction can begin.
