PCR1992107APPROVAL OF ONE TEMPORARY SIGN FOR KOSOBUCKI BROTHERS
RESOLUTION #P.C. 107-92
AT FOXBORO SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Kosobucki Brothers are requesting sign approval for
a temporary sign for one year, and
WHEREAS, The sign is to be installed on the property on Lot
1 of the proposed subdivision, and
WHEREAS, The temporary sign is a one-sided 4' x 8'
and will be installed in conformance with the signage setbacks,
freestanding wooden sign, non-illuminated, with painted copy,
and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has authority to approve the
type and size of temporary signage for a period not to exceed
one year for on-site signs with extensions for six month
intervals.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the one-sided 4' x 8' freestanding, non-illuminated, with
painted copy wooden sign for one year if installed in
conformance with the signage setbacks and that the sign is to be
located on Lot 1 off of Mystic Drive and that the sign be in
Ordinances and submitted sketch.
