Resolution #P.C. 191-91 and a Preliminary Plat for 25 lots was
approved on November 5, 1991 through Resolution #P.C. 210-91 and
the preliminary plat was approved by the Common Council through
Resolution #285-91, and
WHEREAS, A sketch for this subdivision was approved through
