PCR1992105APPROVAL FOR FOXBORO SUBDIVISION TO FILL LESS THAN ONE (1) ACRE RESOLUTION #P.C. 105-92 RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 14 BY OF WETLANDS IN ORDER TO CONSTRUCT A ROAD TO SERVE THE METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING AMENDED less than one (1) acre of wetlands in an area zoned as wetlands WHEREAS, Metropolitan Engineering has requested to fill on the City's Official Zoning Map, and WHEREAS, The Plan can approve the filling of wetlands which are not designated shoreland wetlands as specified in Section 17:8.17 (7) D. 2. which states "The filling or draining of marsh or wetlands, removal of top soil or peat, the creation of ponds, or damming or relocating of any water course shall not be permitted except with the approval of the Plan Commission, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego approve the filling of less than one (1) acre of wetlands for the purpose of providing an access to the proposed Foxboro Subdivision subject to the developer obtaining a permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers prior to approval of the final plat by the Common Council. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That no additional filling of wetlands is permitted as part of the subdivision. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That comments from the public hearing relating to Rea's drainage concerns be considered. 1 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That if the wetlands on the Rea p&perty can be identified, this resolution gives Plan Commission approval for filling.
