PCR1992103APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR LINDA REYNOLDS RESOLUTION #P.C. 103-92 OF THE MUSKEG0 LAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION NW 1/4 OF SECTION 28 WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on April 22, Corporation for a three (3) lot land division, and 1992, by Linda Reynolds of the Muskego Land Development sketch for a four (4) lot land division through Resolution #P.C. WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on February 18, 1992 approved a 32-92, which included these three (3) lots, and WHEREAS, The three lots meet the minimum lot size and average width requirements and the fourth lot is not required to be part of the certified survey map since it lies south of Parker Road and constitutes a separate parcel according to the City Engineer, and (3) lots has been received as well as for the 13 acre parcel south of Parker Road, and WHEREAS, Evidence of favorable perc tests for these three WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on March 17, 1992 through Resolution #P.C. 56-92 and the Common Council on April 14, 1992 1 0 allow residential development for property to the south of through Ordinance #I46 approved the rezoning from EA to A to Parker Road. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the certified survey map for a three (3) lot land division in the NW 1/4 of Section 28 for Linda Reynolds of the Muskego Land Development Corporation and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to approval of the city engineers, payment of all applicable fees in Section 10 of the land division ordinance. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. That the wetlands as depicted on the City's Official Zoning Map are required to be shown on the Certified Survey Map.
