AMENDED
S8393 Mercury Drive was submitted by Tom Murphy of the Delta Group
WHEREAS, An amended building, site and operation plan for W188
on April 23, 1992, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on March 6, 1990 adopted a
building, site and operation plan through Resolution #P.C. 44-90,
with the condition that the area up to the future addition be
asphalted within one year, and
WHEREAS, The Delta Group wishes to amend the building, site
and operation plan and this amendment requires Plan Commission
approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the following items need to be
addressed within the time-frames specified in order to bring the
site plan into compliance:
