APPROVAL OF THREE TEMPORARY SIGNS FOR DENOON POINT ESTATES ~~~~ ~~~ ~~
(RENEWAL), LAKE POINT ESTATES WEST, AND
ADDN. #1 (RENEWAL) BY KAEREK BUILDERS

AMENDED
Estates in Resolution #P.C. 90-91 on May 21, 1991 and for
Woodcrest Heights Addition #1 in Resolution #P.C. 150-90 on
August 21, 1990, and
WHEREAS, Temporary sign approval was given for Denoon Point
WHEREAS, The sign request for Lake Point Estates West is a
new request and is subject to approval for one year for on-site
Lot 4 in the subdivision and be painted plywood 6' x 12' in
signs and the new sign for Lake Point Estates West will be on
size to be used for advertising, and
12' painted plywood and was approved for one year however, the
WHEREAS, The sign for Denoon Point Estates on Lot 86 is 6' x
sign was not placed on the site until one month ago and the Plan
Commission can approve the first extension for one year since
the sign was recently placed, and
WHEREAS, The sign for Woodcrest Heights Addition #l on Lots
42 and 43 is also 6' x 12' painted plywood and was approved for
one year and the sign has been in place for over two years and
should be removed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the temporary signs for Kaerek Builders for Denoon Point
Estates for one year, the Lake Point Estates West Subdivision
for one year, and the sign for Woodcrest shall be removed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a sign permit is required to
be obtained from the Building Inspection Department prior to
erecting the signs unless one has already been obtained.
