APPROVAL OF FIREWORKS STAND AND SIGN IN PARKING LOT AT

PARKLANDD MALL FOR DIXIELAND NOVELTIES
AMENDED
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place a tent enclosing a
Novelties by Mary Schreiner, and
fireworks stand in the parking lot of Parkland Mall by Dixieland
WHEREAS, The applicant has received City approval in the
past, and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the tent will be in operation
from June 14, 1992 to July 10, 1992 and the hours of operation
will be from 9:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. and the location of the
sales operation shall not conflict with the greenhouse operation
with regard to traffic flow or proximity.
