PCR1992093I I RESOLUTION #P.C. 93-92 OPERATION PLAN, LIGHTING, SIGNAGE AND LANDSCAPING AT 583 APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND BUILDING, SITE AND W19024 SATURN DRIVE FOR AMERICAN & FOREIGN AUTO BODY AND SALES AMENDED SAMIR AND ANTOINETTE DALAL plan and building plans along with lighting, signage and W19024 Saturn Drive, and landscaping information for American h Foreign Body Shop at S83 WHEREAS, Samir and Antoinette Dalal have submitted a plot automobile body repair and auto sales which requires a public hearing as conditional uses in the 1-1 Zoning District, and WHEREAS, The owners of property within 300 feet of this property have been notified of the public hearing and a public hearing has been held in conformance with Section 17:3.07 of the City's Code of Ordinances, and WHEREAS, The proposed use of the building includes WHEREAS, Samir and Antoinette Dalal have submitted a revised building, site and operation plan including lighting, Body and Sales at 583 W19024 Saturn Drive, and signage and landscaping information for American & Foreign Auto WHEREAS, Access to the property will be provided from Saturn ,ive and city services are available, and Dr as WHEREAS, Landscaping and a flat wall sign will be provided per the submitted site plan and sketch, and will meet the requirements of the Rules and Regulations of the Muskego Building/Industrial Park. WHEREAS, The construction of the exterior of the building THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego approve a Conditional Use for auto body repair, plan dated May 15, 1992 including the lighting information, painting, and sales and approve the building, site and operation Auto Body and Sales at 583 W19024 Saturn Drive in the Muskego signage and landscaping sketches for the American and Foreign Industrial Park be approved subject to the following conditions: 1. Garbage dumpsters shall be screened in conformance with placed adjacent to the rear of the building. the Rules/Regulations of the Muskego Industrial Park and be 2.
