WHEREAS, Samir and Antoinette Dalal have submitted a plot
automobile body repair and auto sales which requires a public
hearing as conditional uses in the 1-1 Zoning District, and

property have been notified of the public hearing and a public
hearing has been held in conformance with Section 17:3.07 of
the City's Code of Ordinances, and

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve a Conditional Use for auto body repair,
