PCR1992092APPROVAL OF REIMBURSEMENT OF CASH BOND TO METAL TRANSPORT

WHEREAS, A site plan was approved through Resolution #P.C.
114-88 and placed six conditions on the building, site and
operation plan for Metals Transport, Inc., and an extension of
time to complete the requirements of said site plan was granted
through Resolution #P.C. 130-88, and
WHEREAS, The City has retained $1,000 in a cash bond to
ensure the placement of a berm and trees along College Avenue
pursuant to the requirements of the approved site plan, and
completed and trees have been planted in conformance with the
WHEREAS, The site was inspected and the berm has been
site plan, however two of the trees have not survived.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the City return the cash
bond in the amount of $1,000 as soon as two additional trees of
similar size are planted to replace the two trees which did not
survive.
