WHEREAS, A request for a freestanding sign to replace an
existing free standing sign at S77 W18690 Janesville Road has
been submitted by the Muskego Nursing Home, and

Nursing Home which shall be in conformance with Chapter 17 and
31 of the City's Code of Ordinances.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEDl That the one free standing sign
shall be designed, landscaped and located in conformance with
the submitted sketches and that the new sign shall meet the
setback requirements adjacent to Janesville Road by locating
the sign in the specified location.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEDl That a sign permit is required to
be obtained from the Muskego Building Department prior to
erecting the sign.
