APPROVAL OF REZONING FROM 8-4 TO R-3 FOR SCOTT
KRAUSE FOR W125 S9681 NORTH CAPE ROAD FOR LAND DIVISION
WHEREAS, A petition has been filed by Scott Krause to amend
the Official Zoning Map of the City of Muskego from B-4 Highway
Business District to R-3 Country Home District for the property
located at W125 59681 North Cape Road for the purpose of a
future land division for residential use, and

for the R-3 Zoning District which is 40,000 square feet, and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division creating two (2)

the commercial uses to south of the WEPCO right-of-way, and
approximately 3/4 of a mile from STH 36 and is bordered on the WHEREAS, The parcel is on the west side of North Cape Road

Villages), to the north by a residence and to the east by a
tavern, and
WHEREAS, If approved by the Plan Commission and the Common
Council, the developer is planning to submit a sketch for a

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommend
