APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR EXPANSION TO AN EXISTING CONDITIONAL
TAVERN AT W173 510626 MUSKEG0 DAM DRIVE FOR THOMAS E. REPISCHAK
USE GRANT TO ALLOW FOR AN ADDITION TO BE CONSTRUCTED TO THE
Department by Thomas E. Repischak for an addition to an existing
tavern which is considered an expansion to a Conditional Use
Permit, and
WHEREAS, Building plans were submitted to the Planning
WHEREAS, This property was granted a Conditional Use Permit
wherein Section 17:6.03 (2) F. 1, allows "a use which existed
in 1963 when the City of Muskego revised its Zoning Ordinance
lawfully on a lot at the time said lot was placed in a district
where such use would be permitted only as a conditional grant,
shall automatically be granted conditional use status", and
use status was granted, and
WHEREAS, This use has continued lawfully since conditional
property have been notified of the public hearing and a public

hearing has been held in conformance with Section 17:3.07 of the
City's Code of Ordinances, and

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the request of Thomas E. Repishak to
expand a tavern as a permitted Conditional Use and that the
approval be subject to the conditions of Section 17:6.03 of the
City's Code of Ordinances.
