Kelly Drive to relocate Kelly Drive in the SW 1/4 of Section 9
WHEREAS, The City has been asked to vacate 178 feet of
to coincide with the preliminary sketch submitted at the
rezoning hearing for Thomas Kelly, and
Kelly's property, required that a road dedication be made for
WHEREAS, Ordinance #721, as amended, which rezoned Mr.
Kelly Drive consistent with that preliminary sketch, and
WHEREAS, In order to make this road dedication possible an
existing alignment for Kelly Drive must be vacated, and
WHEREAS, The purpose of the new roadway alignment and
dedication is to enable the City to complete a sewer and water
project for the Kelly Drive, Lions Park Drive Extended Project
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
Kelly Drive be vacated and a new alignment be included as Dart
recommend approval to the Common Council that the existing
0 of the plat for this property.
