SCOTT AND VICKI WAGE IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 3
TOWN OF NORWAY
was submitted by Scott and Vicki Wage on April 9, 1992, to divide
land in the NW 1/4 of Section 3 in the Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, A certified survey map for a two parcel land division
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of
the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and approval by
the Plan Commission is necessary under the city's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions within
their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
extraterritorial certified survey map for two parcels for Scott
and Vicki Wage in the NW 1/4 of Section 3 in the Town of Norway.
