AMENDED
RESOLUTION #P.C. 77-92-A

WHEREAS, Resolution #P.C. 240-91, as amended, granted the
expansion of the conditional use subject to seven (7)
conditions, and
WHEREAS, The minutes from the December 17, 1991 Plan
Commission meeting reflect the requirement for paving the area
behind the shop within six months, and
WHEREAS, The applicant has requested clarification and/or
amendment of the seventh (7th) condition which stated "Gravel
area behind building be 100% paved within six (6) months,"
and
WHEREAS, This requirement for paving must be completed by
June 17, 1992.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission further

clarify the Plan Commission's approval of Resolution #P.C.
240-91, condition #I requiring paving of the gravel area behind
the building as follows:
parking on grass to fence line.
-Gravel turn-around area approximately 50' x 50' in area with
of parking area and erosion control to be done immediately.
-If complaints concerning dust, ruts and erosion, dust-proofing
-Review of Conditional Use Permit for gravel in entire rear
yard in one (1) year.
