WHEREAS, Mr. John Ingersoll has requested the Plan

accessory sales business at S66 W14427 Janesville Road, and

9:00 PM Monday and Friday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the re-consideration of the amended Resolution for Conditional
Use Grant #94 for John Ingersoll to allow the operation of a
retail boat sales, snowmobile, miscellaneous sports equipment,
and boat accessories business by Mr. Dale Kreil at S66 W14427
Janesville Road subject to the following amendments and
conditions:
1. Delete under 6. "Conditions of Operations" the words Ray's
Garage and replace with Truck Repair further clarified to be
