PCR19920710 APPROVAL OF REVISED BUILDING, SITE, OPERATION PLAN AND LIGHTING FOR
RESOLUTION 71-92 - MEDICAL ASSOCIATES OF MUSKEG0 LTD. AT 569 W15636 JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, Building, site, and operation plans were approved for
Muskego Internal Medical Associates for a medical clinic through
Resolution #P.C. 26-82 and landscaping and drainage plans were
approved by the Plan Commission on May 18, 1992, and
WHEREAS, The Medical Associates of Muskego have proposed to
add on to the existing building which was depicted on the
previously approved building, site, and operation plans but
differs significantly enough to warrant Plan Commission
re-approval, and
includes lighting and landscaping plans was submitted on March 27,
1992, to construct additions to the existing building at 569 W15636
Janesville Road and change the configuration of the parking lot to
the rear of the building.
WHEREAS, A revised building, site, operation plan which
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
revised building site and operation plan including the lighting and
landscaping plans for the Medical Associates of Muskego at 569
