APPROVAL OF REVISED EXTRATERRITORIAL PRELIMINARY PLAT
NORDIC RIDGE, SE 1/4 OF SECTION 5, TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A Revised Extraterritorial Preliminary Plat for
Nordic Ridge Subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 5 in the Town of
Norway was submitted on March 24, 1992, for a 37 lot subdivision,
and
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was approved in Resolution #P.C.
Council on October 8, 1991 in Resolution #247-91, and
188-91 on October 1, 1991 by the Plan Commission and the Common

WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat indicated 23 single family lots
