the St. Francis Savinqs and Loan (Bank) throuah Resolution #P.C.
WHEREAS, Building, site, and operation plans were approved for
2-77 in 1977 and the parking layout was approGed through Resolution
#P.C. 14-71, and
172-89 to relocate the TYME machine, and
WHEREAS, The site plan was amended through Resolution #P.C.
submitted on March 17, 1992, to allow construction of concrete
islands with landscaping, and
WHEREAS, Revised building, site and operation plans were
revisions will alter the traffic flow to eliminate traffic from
WHEREAS, The proposed building, site, and operation plan
entering the site from the east through the Parkland Mall parking
lot and will enhance the landscaping surrounding the building.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
revised building, site, and operation plan for St. Francis Bank at
S74 W17100 Janesville Road which will include landscaping within 0 the concrete islands.
