APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR CHARLENE SIEGMUND AND
SHARON SQUIRES IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18
1992, to divide land into three lots in the NE 1/4 of Section 18 by
Charlene Siegmund and Sharon Squires, and
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on March 12,
the Plan Commission through Resolution #P.C. 76-91 on May 7, 1991
which included the conditions that the sketch be revised to include
Hillendale Drive, and
a road dedication and that all lots were to have access to
WHEREAS, A sketch detailing this land division was approved by
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approval was for four lots and the
Certified Survey Map depicts three lots which is a result of the
and
requirement for the lots to maintain access to Hillendale Drive,
lots meet the zoning district requirements for average lot size but
WHEREAS, This property is presently zoned RS-1 and the three
two of the lots do not meet the requirements for average width
which is 120 feet, and
sanitary sewer, and
WHEREAS, The lots would be served by municipal water and
WHEREAS, The Certified Survey Map substantially conforms with
the approved sketch and meets the conditions previously imposed by
the Plan Commission.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
certified survey map for Charlene Siegmund and Sharon Squires in
the NE 1/4 of Section 18 and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to approval of the city engineers and payment of
all applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
