ALLOW FOR THE EXPANSION OF MUSKEG0 COUNTY PARK IN THE
SE 1/4 OF SECTION 8 BY THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS, A petition has been filed by the City of Muskego to
amend the Official Zoning Map of the City of Muskego for the
property located in the SE 1/4 of Section 8 from RS-3/0PD to
RS-3/0IP to add on to the Muskego County Park, and
the Lake Forest Subdivision which required that the developer
donate approximately 15 acres to Waukesha County, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission and Common Council have approved

the County for the purpose of adding park land to the existing
County Park.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends
the Muskego County Park in the SE 1/4 of Section 8 and that upon
the approval of the rezoning by the Common Council, the Official
Zoning Map be amended.
