PCR1992065APPROVAL OF ZONING CHANGE FROM RS-3 to RS-3/0IP TO ADD ON RESOLUTION #P.C. 65-92 TO KURTH PARK IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 11 BY THE CITY OF MUSKEG0 amend the Official Zoning Map of the City of Muskego for the property located in the NE 1/4 of Section 11 from RS-3 to RS-3/0IP to add on to Kurth Park, and WHEREAS, A petition has been filed by the City of Muskego to the Settler's Creek Subdivision which required that the developer WHEREAS, The Plan Commission and Common Council have approved and the City negotiate for the purchase of land contained in the original proposal for the subdivision, and purposes and the Developer has transferred the title to the City WHEREAS, The City has approved the purchase of land for park for the purpose of adding park land to the existing Kurth Park. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends that the zoning be changed from RS-3 to RS-3/0IP to add on to Kurth Park in the NE 1/4 of Section 11 and that upon the approval of the rezoning by the Common Council, the Official Zoning Map be amended.
