(Conditional Use) to B-2 TO ALLOW THE CONTINUED OPERATION OF A
TAVERN WITHIN A BUSINESS ZONING DISTRICT BY LYNN KURER
(BUSHY'S PUB)
Official Zoning Map of the City of Muskego for the property located
at S67 W14831 Janesville Road from RSA (Conditional Use) to B-2 to
allow the continued operation of a tavern within a business zoning
district by Lynn Kurer (Bushy's Pub), and
WHEREAS, A petition has been filed by Lynn Kurer to amend the

tavern prior to 1947 and was granted a Conditional Use Permit in
1962 to continue to operate as a tavern, and

continued operation of a tavern as a permitted use within a
business zoning district by Lynn Kurer (Bushy's Pub).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That should the Common Council approve
City would be amended and a building, site, and operation plan
the rezoning of the property to B-2, the Official Zoning Map of the
