PCR1992063APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 26 RESOLUTION #P.C. 63-92 (XEELEY COURT AND THODE DRIVE) JOSEPH SMUKOWSKI WHEREAS, Mr. Joseph Smukowski has submitted a certified survey map to divide property in the NW 1/4 of Section 26, and WHEREAS, A sketch detailing this land division was approved by the Plan Commission through Resolution #P.C. 20-91A on February 18, 1992, and WHEREAS, The proposed lot would be 120,086 square feet in size and meets the A - Agriculture Zoning District requirements for square footage and is 515 feet in width and meets the minimum average lot width requirement which is 300 feet, and WHEREAS, This parcel would have access off either Keeley Court which found the on-site soils suitable for a mound system. or Thode Drive and a soil boring test was conducted on the site THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the certified survey map in the NW 1/4 of Section 26 for Joseph Smukowski and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to approval of the city engineers and payment of all fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance. 0 Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted ,3 - /7/ 576 Defeated Deferred cds 3/10/92
