AMENDED
WHEREAS, Mr. Joseph Smukowski has submitted a certified survey
map to divide property in the NW 1/4 of Section 26, and
WHEREAS, A sketch detailing this land division was approved by
the Plan Commission through Resolution #P.C. 20-92A on February 18
1992, and
and meets the A - Agriculture Zoning District requirements for
square footage and is 276 feet in width which does not meet the
minimum average lot width requirement which is 300 feet, and
WHEREAS, The proposed lot would be 120,102 square feet in size
soil boring test was conducted on the site which found the on-site
soils suitable for a mound system, and
WHEREAS, This parcel would have access off Keeley Court and a
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
certified survey map in the NW 1/4 of Section 26 for Joseph
approval of the city engineers and payment of all fees in Section
Smukowski and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to 0 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
