AMENDED
WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on March 6, 1992 for a land
division for four (4) lots in the SW 1/4 of Section 9, and
lot size of 20,000 square feet and a minimum average width of 110
feet, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2 which requires a minimum
WHEREAS, The proposed land divisions are shown to have
suitable access off of the proposed extension of Lions Park Drive
via two 30' flag shaped lots and will have access to water and
sanitary sewer via the same 30' flag stems.
WHEREAS, The lots meet the minimum lot size but do not meet
the average width.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 9 for two (2) lots with
access if in conformance with the Land Division Ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the lots be adjusted with the
Lester Pufall lots being created to bring all lots more into
compliance with the area requirements.
