RESOLUTION #P.C. 57-92
OFF JANESVILLE ROAD AND RACINE AVENUE
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted for 1, 2' x 8' sign to be
located off Janesville Road and Racine Avenue for the Overlook Bay
Apartments, and
WHEREAS, The sign is to be located at the entrance drive to the
Overlook Bay Apartments off Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, The sign will be installed in conformance with the
signage setbacks, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has authority to approve the type
and size of temporary signage for a one (1) year period for
on-site signs.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve one
2' x 8' temporary sign to be located at the entrance to Overlook
Bay Apartments off Janesville Road and shall be in conformance with
Section 17:6.09 of the City's Code of Ordinances.
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign on the premises be
allowed for a period not to exceed one (1) year as specified in
Section 17:6.09 (12) C. and that the signs shall be designed and
located in conformance with the submitted sketches and shall be
composed of
