PCR1992056RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL TO REZONE PROPERTY IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 28 (PARKER ROAD) FROM EA TO A TO ALLOW RESIDENTIAL AND AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT BY MUSKEG0 LAND DEVELOPMENT RESOLUTION #P.C. 56-92 WHEREAS, A petition has been filed to amend the Official Zoning Map of the City of Muskego for the property located in the NW 1/4 Agriculture to allow a single family residential development of Section 28 (Parker Road) from EA - Exclusive Agriculture to A - (farmette) on 13 acres, and approved a sketch for a land division creating four lots once the WHEREAS, The Plan Commission through Resolution #P.C.32-92 rezoning of the fourth lot is accomplished, and WHEREAS, Upon favorable approval of the rezoning by the Common Council the applicant will complete a land division in the form of a Certified Survey Map to create four lots, and WHEREAS, The parcel is on the south side of Parker Drive and is surrounded by low density agricultural and rural residential development and the request is compatible with the surrounding area, and 0 the developer will submit a Certified Survey Map for the proposed WHEREAS, Upon approval of the rezoning by the Common Council, land divisions subject to the review and approval of the Plan Commission. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends Agriculture to allow single family residential development that the zoning be changed from EA - Exclusive Agriculture to A - (farmette) on 13 acres and that upon the approval of the rezoning by the Common Council, the Official Zoning Map be amended and a Certified Survey Map be submitted for the review and approval of the Plan Commission and the Common Council.
