APPROVAL OF NURSERY AND STORE FRONT SITE PLAN AT PARKLAND MALL
RUSSELL BEAUMONT OFF JANESVILLE ROAD
AMENDED
WHEREAS, Site plans were submitted on March 3, 1992 by R.J.
Beaumont of Beaumont's Discount Nursery of New Berlin to
operate a seasonal nursery stock business at 574 W17000 Janesville
Road, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Beaumont proposes a short term lease on a small
portion of land and store front in the Parkland Mall, which
includes bathrooms both in the mall and the store front, and
spruces and hard wood trees and there will be no compost or wood
chips of any kind, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Beaumont proposes to have neat rows of pines,
WHEREAS, The sales will be from April 1st through June 30th
with the hours of operation being from 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a
week, and

WHEREAS, There will be adequate parking for customers and no

which would be required for a temporary fireworks stand which is 8
square feet in size.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to a
statement of no objection from St. Francis Bank in the form of a
letter be requested to be sent to the Planning Director.
