APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL FINAL PLAT FOR SCENIC VIEW ESTATES,
NE 1/4 OF SECTION 7, TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, An Extraterritorial Final Plat for Scenic View Estates
Subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section I in the Town of Norway was
submitted on February 19, 1992, for a 21 lot subdivision, and
WHEREAS, A Revised Preliminary Plat was approved in Resolution
#P.C. 53-91 by the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, The subdivision is located within the jurisdiction of
the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the Extraterritorial Final Plat in
the NE 1/4 of Section 7 in the Town of Norway and recommends
approval to the Common Council subject to all fees being paid.
