Addition #1 Subdivision in the SW 1/4 of Section 12 in the Town of
Waterford was submitted on February 21, 1992, for a 26 lot
subdivision, and
WHEREAS, An Extraterritorial Final Plat for Hidden Harbor
#P.C. 102-91 on June 4, 1991 by the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, A revised Preliminary Plat was approved in Resolution
