APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR CREEKSIDE MEADOWS SUBDIVISION
CITY OF MUSKEG0 AND TOWN OF NORWAY
55-lot subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 32 for Creekside
WHEREAS, A Final Plat was submitted on February 25, 1992 for a
Meadows Subdivision in the City of Muskego and Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was submitted on 8/28/91 by
American Surveying, Inc. for Creekside Meadows Subdivision, and the
Plan Commission reviewed and approved the sketch of the land
division in P.C. 139-91 and the Plan Commission approved the
Preliminary Plat through Resolution #P.C. 181-91, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved the revised Preliminary
Plat in Resolution #P.C. 31-92 on February 18, 1992, and
WHEREAS, The developer is required to enter into a Subdivider's
Agreement with the City in order to guarantee the placement of
decorative street lights and the initial clean-out and dredging of
a drainage way that exits and re-enters the City through the
subdivision.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
Final Plat for Creekside Meadows Subdivision located in the SE 1/4
of Section 32 in the City of Muskego and also in the Town of
Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval of the plat is
subject to compliance with the objecting agencies and City
Engineer's concerns and payment of all applicable subdivision fees.
