PCR1992050APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR SETTLERS CREEK SUBDIVISION NE 1/4 OF SECTION 11 AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 50-92 ROBERT KLENZ WHEREAS, A final plat was submitted on February 24, 1992, to divide property in the NE 1/4 of Section 11 into 18 single family home sites and 1 outlot, and Plan Commission on November 5, 1991 in Resolution #P.C. 211-91 subject to several conditions, and WHEREAS, The preliminary plat was reviewed and approved by the WHEREAS, Several of the conditions have been met including the Park Board determining the location of a bike path, and WHEREAS, Waukesha County Park and Planning Commission has responded with a certification of no objection to the final plat and has recommended that a note be placed on the face of the plat related to lots 11 - 13 and 15 - 18 and the city engineers review of the plat addressed certain concerns regarding the wetlands, easements, and the 100 year floodplain to be indicated on the plat, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the to the Common Council subject to the recommendations from the final plat for Settler's Creek Subdivision and recommend approval objecting agencies, the Waukesha County Park and Planning Department, the city engineer, and payment of all fees in the land division ordinance. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval is subject to any unmet conditions set forth in Resolution #P.C. 211-91 including: - recording access for lot.18 to allow for full access to parklands from Brentwood Drive - deed restrictions for Lot #1 to assure no direct access to/from Durham Drive BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Lots 10 and 11 have paved access to the parklands.
