BUSHY'S PUB, S67 W14831 JANESVILLE ROAD
nets was submitted for Bushy's Pub located at S67 W14831 Janesville
WHEREAS, A revised site plan to include seasonal volleyball
Road (RS-A with Conditional Use), and
WHEREAS, The plan shows a 12' high fenced in area near the
patio off Janesville Road,
WHEREAS, The plan also shows parking and a dumpster on the
property, and
WHEREAS, Light poles are indicated on both ends of the
volleyball area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
revised site plan to include seasonal volleyball nets for Bushy's
Pub at 567 W14831 Janesville Road.
the seasonal volleyball nets be no later than 10:30 P.M. and that
the use be reviewed prior to the 1993 summer season.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the hours of operation and use of
City of Muskego
