SE 1/4 OF SECTION 17 (WOODS ROAD) FOR HAROLD DE BACK
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved a certified survey map
in the SE 1/4 of Section 17 for Harold De Back on October 1, 1991
through Resolution #P.C. 194-91, and
WHEREAS, One of the requirements of that resolution was for
the Plan Commission to review the building plans for three parcels.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
building plans for three parcels in the SE 1/4 of Section 17 for
Harold De Back subject to a new site plan being submitted to the
city.
