PCR1992045APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION (SUBDIVISION) FOR LARRY RESOLUTION #P.C. 45-92 SCHMIDT W208 S8285 HILLENDALE DRIVE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18 February 21, 1992 by Mr. Larry Schmidt to create 18 lots on the west side of Hillendale Drive, and WHEREAS, A sketch for a Preliminary Plat was submitted on WHEREAS, The sketch proposes to create 18 lots between 18,990 and 23,737 square feet which would be within the lot size requirements of the RS-2 Zoning District and where the property is presently zoned RS-1 which requires 30,000 square foot lots, and WHEREAS, The lots would have access off of Hillendale Drive via a publicly dedicated 60 foot road, and WHEREAS, The front 400 feet of the property is within the sanitary sewer service area and the rear of the property lies development of only those lots within the sewer service area, that outside the sanitary sewer service area. This would allow the are able to connect to the system, at this time. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the sketch for a Preliminary Plat for Mr. Larry Schmidt located in the NE 1/4 of Section 18 subject to the amending of the sanitary sewer area boundary and the filing of a rezoning petition to the City and eventual rezoning by the Common Council of the property from RS-1 to RS-2. 0 Adopted Defeated Plan Commission City of Muskego
