SENTRY FOOD STORE LOT, 574 W16890 JANESVILLE ROAD-PAUL RUSZKIEWICZ
WHEREAS, A request for a temporary greenhouse has been
plants and garden supplies in the parking lot of the Sentry Food
submitted by Mr. Paul Ruszkiewicz for the purpose of selling
Store located at S74 W16890 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, This greenhouse will be a metal frame structure
covered with an awning like material and be 21' x 48' in size, and
WHEREAS, The request is from May 1, 1992 to June 17, 1992, and
WHEREAS, The hours of operation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00
p.m. on weekdays and 8:00 a.m. to 6:OO p.m. on weekends, and
WHEREAS, The greenhouse will not interfere with the traffic
flow along Hwy. L nor the main driveway into the Sentry Food Store
lot.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
temporary greenhouse from May 1st to June 17th, 1992. a BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the greenhouse be set back at
least 100' from the center line of Hwy. L and not located within - the vision corner as indicated on the applicant's site plan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the applicant may attach a banner
to the structure no larger than that which would be required for a
temporary fireworks stand which is 8 square feet in size.
