Safeway Pest Control for a flat wall sign at S83 W18622 Saturn
Drive by Newman Sign Company, and
WHEREAS, Newman Sign Company has submitted a sign request for
WHEREAS, The signage will be installed and centered on the
front of the building, and
WHEREAS, The sign meets the three (3) percent allowance of the
1-1 Zoning District (refer to the B-1 Zoning District).
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
flat wall sign for Safeway Pest Control at 583 W18622 Saturn Drive
in the Muskego Industrial Park subject to the requirements of the
1-1 Zoning District which stipulate that the sign not exceed 3% of
the wall area on which the sign is to be located.
