ENTERPRISE DRIVE, MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
AMENDED
WHEREAS, Wesco Machine Products has submitted a set of
building, site, and operation plans which include floor plans and
elevation plans to allow construction of a 12,000 square foot
building and a 30' X 120' canopy on Enterprise Drive in the
Muskego Business/Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, The plans do not include sufficient parking and do not
include landscaping, lighting, and signage details, and
WHEREAS, Access to the property will be provided from
Enterprise Drive, and
WHEREAS, The construction of the exterior of the building will
meet the requirements of the Rules and Regulations of the Muskego
Building/Industrial Park.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the set of building, site,
operation plans for Wesco Machine Products on Enterprise Drive
in the Muskego Business/Industrial Park be approved subject to the
following conditions: 0 1. Handicapped spaces shall be provided in conformance with
State requirements.
2. Garbage dumpsters shall be screened in conformance with
the Rules/Regulations of the Muskego Building/Industrial Park.
3. Designated parking areas shall be landscaped. Customer
parking shall be designated within 50 feet of the front street
line as specified in Paragraph 2 of the Rules and Regulations
for the Muskego Business/Industrial Park.
4. That the building, site, and operation plans be in
conformance with the Rules and Regulation for the Muskego
Business/Industrial Park dated July 28, 1970.
5. That lighting, signage, and landscaping plans be submitted
for approval by the Plan Commission.
