PCR1992039DISAPPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION IN THE SE 1/4 OF
RESOLUTION #P.C. 39-92
SECTION 7 AND SW 1/4 OF SECTION 8 (FIELD DRIVE)
LINDA KOPP
WHEREAS, A sketch for land division was submitted on February
7, 1992 for two (2) lots in the SE 1/4 of Section 7 and SW 1/4 of
Section 8 (Field Drive) for Linda Kopp, and
WHEREAS, This land is zoned RCE which requires a minimum lot
and the proposed lots do not meet the minimum width requirements,
size of 120,000 square feet and a minimum average width of 250 feet
and
WHEREAS, Access for the lots will be from Field Drive, and
WHEREAS, The sketch shows suitability for one mound system and
evidence of suitability for a second mound system is required.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego disapprove the sketch for two land divisions in the
SE 1/4 of Section 7 and SW 1/4 of Section 8 for Linda Kopp.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
0 receptive to a new sketch being submitted showing a reconfiguration
of the lots to meet the width requirement.
