LOTS IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 9 FOR JOHN INGERSOLL/COLETTE
GIEFER/J.C. DEVELOPMENT
division for two (2) lots in the SE 1/4 of Section 9 north of
Janesville Road and was approved by the Plan Commission through
Resolution #P.C. 36-92, and
WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on February 11, 1992 for a land
Certified Survey Map approved in Resolution #P.C. 241-91 and is a
WHEREAS, This property is a portion of previously approved
redivision of Parcel 1 and 2 of CSM #6269 and Parcel 1 which was
approved by Common Council Resolution #3-92, and
WHEREAS, This land is zoned RS-3/B-2/OPD and the proposed land
division meets the lot size and width requirements of the Zoning
Districts, and
WHEREAS, The land division proposes to combine three (3)
parcels and create two (2) parcels, one of which is 2.129 acres and
the other is 3.132 acres, and
Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS,. The site is served by public sewer and has access to
the Certified Survey Map creating a land division in the SE 1/4 of
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
Section 9 and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to
payment of all applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance and subject to the city engineer's requirements being
met.
