PCR1992035APPROVAL OF ONE TEMPORARY SIGN FOR SETTLER'S CREEK SUBDIVISION
NE 1/4 Of SECTION 11 FOR BOB KLENZ
RESOLUTION #P.C. 35-92
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted for the placement of one
(l), 4' x 8' temporary plywood sign on Lot 1 within the Settler's
Creek Subdivision in the 57200 block of Durham Drive for Bob Klenz,
and
WHEREAS, The sign will be installed in conformance with the
signage setbacks, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has authority to approve the type
and size of temporary signage for a period not to exceed one (1)
year for on-site signs.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve one
11 on Lot 1 of the Settler's Creek Subdivision and that the sign
(l), 4' x 8' temporary sign to be located in the NE 1/4 of Section
shall be in conformance with Section 17:6.09 of the City's Code of
Ordinances.
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the on-site sign shall be allowed
for a period not to exceed one (1) year as specified in Section
17:6.09 (12) C. and that the sign shall be designed and located in
conformance with the submitted sketches.
