PCR1992033APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR ONE (1) LOT IN THE NE 1/4
AMENDED
WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on January 20, 1992 for a land
division for one (1) lot in the NE 114 of Section 29 off of Parker
Drive and was approved by the Plan Commission through Resolution
#P.C. 18-92, and
RESOLUTION 0P.C. 33-92
OF SECTION 29 FOR HAROLD DEBACK
WHEREAS, This land is zoned R-1 which requires a minimum lot
size of 80,000 square feet and a minimum average width of 200 feet
and the proposed land division meets the lot size and width
requirements of the R-1 Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, The land division proposes to create a parcel of
approximately 3.5 acres utilizing a dedicated Right-of-way off of
Parker Drive, and
WHEREAS, A soil boring test was conducted on October 28, 1989
which found the on-site soils suitable for a mound system, and
the Certified Survey Map creating a land division in the NE 1/4 of
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
approval of the city engineers and payment of all fees in Section
Section 29 and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to
10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the property owners submit a name
for the dedicated right of way (street), which will be reviewed by
the city.
