PCR1992032APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR THREE (3) LOTS IN THE RESOLUTION 0P.C. 32-92 NW 1/4 OF SECTION 28 FOR MUSKEG0 LAND DEVELOPMENT AMENDED WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on February 7, 1992 for a land division for four (4) lots in the NW 1/4 of Section 28 along Parker Drive, and WHEREAS, A portion of the property on the northwest side of Parker Drive is zoned R-1 which requires a minimum lot size of 80,000 square feet and a minimum average width of 200 feet and the remaining portion south of Parker Drive is zoned EA - Exclusive Agriculture requiring a minimum lot size of 35 acres and a minimum average width of 1,275 feet, and northwest side of Parker Drive meet the lot size and width WHEREAS, The three (3) proposed land divisions on the requirements of the R-1 Zoning District, however, the 13 acre parcel to the south of Parker Drive does not meet the acreage requirements of the EA -Exclusive Agriculture Zoning District, and WHEREAS, Soil boring tests were conducted on November 13, 1991 which found the on-site soils suitable for mound systems, and 0 access off of Parker Drive. WHEREAS, The proposed land divisions are shown to have suitable NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a land division in the NW 1/4 of Section 28 for four (4) lots on the northwest side of Parker Drive. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the fourth parcel is developable once zoning is accomplished from EA to A. Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted 2/18/92 Defeated Deferred ljk 2/13/92
