APPROVAL OF REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR CREEKSIDE MEADOWS
SUBDIVISION CITY OF MUSKEG0 AND TOWN OF NORWAY
RESOLUTION #P.C. 31-92
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was submitted on 8/28/91 by
American Surveying, Inc. for Creekside Meadows Subdivision, and the
Plan Commission reviewed and approved the sketch of the land
division in P.C. 139-91 and the Plan Commission approved the
Preliminary Plat through Resolution #P.C. 181-91, and
WHEREAS, The plat proposes to subdivide the property into 55
residential lots and the revised Preliminary Plat substantially
conforms to the Preliminary Plat that was approved through
Resolution #P.C. 181-91, and
WHEREAS, Correspondence from American Surveying Company, Inc.,
indicates that many of the concerns of the objecting and commenting
agencies have been responded to on the plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
revised Preliminary Plat for Creekside Meadows Subdivision located
in the SE 1/4 of Section 32 in the City of Muskego and also in the
Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval of the plat is
Engineer's concerns, payment of all applicable subdivision fees,
subject to compliance with the objecting agencies and City
and removal of the barn and silo from the property that was
previously approved as a certified survey map by the Plan
Commission in Resolution #P.C. 173-91.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval is subject to:
to the City of Muskego; 1-Drainage plan be approved by the Town of Norway and be acceptable
2-The street name should be changed to show only one name on the
plat;
3-Street lights will be provided under a requirement of the City's
and usage fees be billed to the Town of Norway.
