PCR1992030e 0 RESOLUTION #P.C. 30-92 APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR DENOON POINT ESTATES NW 1/4 OF SECTION 31 RS-2/0PD KAEREK BUILDERS, INC. WHEREAS, A petition was filed to amend the Official Zoning Map of the City of Muskego for the property located in the NW 1/4 of rezoning by the Common Council through Resolution #19-92, and Section 31 from RS-2 to RS-Z/OPD which was approved as a concept for Denoon Point Estates through Resolution #P.C. 96-91 for Kaerek Builders, Inc. to allow for 95 single family residential lots, and WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was approved by the Plan Commission WHEREAS, The rezoning permitted the addition of ten (10) lots in order to construct an adequate stormwater conveyance system within the subdivision and within Denoon Park, and WHEREAS, The Final Plat substantially conforms with the Preliminary Plat which was approved through Resolution #P.C. 96-91, and responded to the Plat on February 3, with a Conditional Certification of No Objection noting one (1) objection and two (2) recommendations. WHEREAS, The Waukesha County Park and Planning Commission has THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego approve the Final Plat subject to the one (1) objection and two (2) recommendations of the Waukesha County Park and Planning Commission, the remaining objecting agencies concerns, engineer's review dated January 29, 1992, payment of all applicable restrictions, and letter of credit. subdivision fees, approval of subdivider's agreement, deed BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the pond design for the stormwater/recreation pond, to be located within Denoon Park, be reviewed by the City's Park Board and the Plan Commission prior to submittal to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.
