PCR1992029APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR COUNTRY BROOK ESTATES ADDITION #1 RESOLUTION # P.C. 29-92 SE 1/4 OF SECTION 16 WHEREAS, A sketch for this subdivision was approved through Resolution #P.C. 141-90 and a Preliminary Plat for 62 lots was approved on March 19, 1991 through Resolution #P.C. 25-91 and a revised sketch for 56 lots was approved through Resolution #P.C. Resolution #P.C. 105-91 and a Final Plat was approved for Country 69-91 and a revised Preliminary Plat was approved through Brook Estates (Phase 1) through Resolution #P.C. 135-91, and the Final Plat for Addition #l contains 31 lots and has been drawn in conformance with the revised Preliminary Plat approved in Resolution #P.C. 105-91, and WHEREAS, The Final Plat for Phase 1 consisted of 23 lots and responded to the plat with a certification of No Objection with the recommendation that "a statement be placed on the face of the Final Plat to advise potential lot owners that some of the lots may contain soils which are unsuitable for conventional basement construction due to the presence of high groundwater and special construction methods may be required". WHEREAS, The Waukesha County Park and Planning Commission has THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego approve the Final Plat subject to recommendations of the Waukesha County Park and Planning Commission, the remaining objecting agencies concerns, engineer's review dated January 30, subdivider's agreement and letter of credit. 1992, payment of all applicable subdivision fees, and approval of Defeated Deferred 1 jk 2/13/92 Plan Commission City of Muskego
